We will focus on the importance of feeding all parts of the body in order to maintain BALANCE.
Developing healthy relations with self first and then others. If any part of the body is defective or
under-developed it puts more pressure and over-work other areas of life. Which then creates
ineffective, unsuccessful, weary, unproductive and unhealthy behaviors or habits.
Silent thoughts that come to life either by visual or imaginary images.
Feeds off what the mind instructs/believes/desires can be life changing for better or worst.
Feeds off the believe system we feed our minds daily, what we allow through the
physical eyes can tarnish your ability to keep spirit healthy and function.
All need to be activated with discipline and desire for the right things.
